Is This Solange Singing? Empty Is This Solange Singing?

On Youtube it says its called "Case" and its a song Solange wrote and recorded for Beyonce that she will use on her upcoming album...can anyone confirm is this is or isn't Solange please? Here's the link:

sounds like megan rochell to me tho, definitely doesnt sound like solange to me.

Yeah it didn't sound like Solange to me either really...its a dope song though so I didn't know if for some reason it just sound different to me. So I'm guessing its not Solange...thanks for the info.
